Gallery Untitled will deliver the product only after receiving the payment. The product will be send as quick as possible. If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be filled or can be filled only partially, you shall be informed about this within one month after ordering.
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered. Gallery Untitled holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at your cost.
For international orders please allow approximately 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. International mail can take time getting orders to certain countries. Gallery Untitled can’t influence nor can be hold responsible for delays due to differences in postal systems, customs inspections at the land of destination.
On very rare occasion, overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Gallery Untitled has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. You shall handle the product and the packaging with care. The product must be stored in appropriate conditions; if you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result; any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the products must be notified to us immediately (within 5 days) stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice no.; failure to do so and notify us will deem you to have accepted the products.
We can at our option make up the shortages or replace the product free of charge, or refund the price of the product in question to you. Gallery Untitled will require you to return the defective product. In addition for defective goods we will refund you reasonable costs incurred for postage of the product, but we shall have no further liability to you.
Products may be returned if you notify Gallery Untitled via email within 14 days of receipt of product. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of returning the product fall on you. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.
Gallery Untitled is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods to Gallery Untitled, we will refund the money earned to the buyer. Gallery Untitled will aim to refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.
You are liable for the return carriage costs. If you fail to return the products they will be charged the full cost of their recovery. They are under a duty to take care of the products until they are returned.
Gallery Untitled shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Copyright of the products is retained in perpetuity by the artists and they may not be reproduced in any context or media digital or analogue. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings. By purchasing work from Gallery Untitled you automatically agree to and accept the above terms and conditions.
Gallery Untitled won`t sell your personal information to other websites. The email addresses of buyers will be saved to use promotional uses such as newsletters or personal invitations to art shows. You can always be removed from this mailinglist.
No rights can be derived from the information on this website. Gallery Untitled reserves the right to make changes without giving reasons and accepts no responsibility/liability for errors in words and images. Gallery Untitled has the right to refuse orders after receipt without giving reasons.
